These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Odyssey Travel LTD to its clients.Odyssey Travel LTD operates as a travel planning and consulting service, providing personalised travel advice and itinerary planning.Odyssey Travel LTD does not act as a travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider and does not sell travel packages, airline tickets, accommodation, or other travel services directly.
Odyssey Travel LTD provides personalised travel planning services, which may include:- Tailor-made travel itinerary design- Destination advice and travel recommendations- Suggested accommodation, transportation, restaurants, and activities- Travel tips and curated local addresses- Personalised travel consultation via video call or online communicationThe client remains fully responsible for making and managing their own bookings with the recommended service providers.
A service is considered confirmed once:1. The client agrees to these Terms and Conditions2. The payment has been successfully completedPayments must be made through the payment methods provided by Odyssey Travel LTD.All prices are indicated in euros (€) or pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.Odyssey Travel LTD reserves the right to refuse a service request.
Odyssey Travel LTD provides travel consulting and planning services only.The company does not:- Issue airline tickets- Book hotels or transport in the client’s name- Collect payments for third-party travel servicesAll reservations are made directly by the client with the selected providers.
The client is responsible for:- Ensuring that all travel documents (passport, visas, etc.) are valid- Checking entry requirements, health requirements, and travel restrictions- Confirming the accuracy of reservations made with third-party providersOdyssey Travel LTD cannot be held responsible for issues related to bookings made by the client.
Recommendations provided by Odyssey Travel LTD are based on research and experience.However, Odyssey Travel LTD cannot be held liable for:- Changes in prices- Availability of services- Quality of services provided by third parties- Cancellations, delays, or operational issuesAny contractual relationship regarding bookings exists solely between the client and the third-party provider.
Due to the personalised nature of the services provided, payments for travel planning services are non-refundable once the work has started.If the client cancels before the service has begun, Odyssey Travel LTD may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund.
Odyssey Travel LTD shall not be liable for:- Travel disruptions- Airline delays or cancellations- Accidents, injuries, or losses occurring during travel- Issues related to third-party servicesThe client acknowledges that Odyssey Travel LTD provides advisory services only.
All itineraries, travel plans, and documents created by Odyssey Travel LTD remain the intellectual property of the company.These materials are provided for the personal use of the client and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
