Odyssey Travel LTD provides personalised travel planning and consulting services.Due to the customised and advisory nature of these services, work begins shortly after the client confirms the booking and payment.
All payments for services provided by Odyssey Travel LTD are required in advance unless otherwise agreed.Payment confirms the client's acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and this Refund Policy.
Because each travel plan is tailor-made and created specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has started.The service is considered started once any of the following occurs:- Initial consultation has taken place- Travel research has begun- A personalised itinerary has been created or delivered
If the client cancels the service before any work has started, Odyssey Travel LTD may, at its sole discretion, provide a full or partial refund.
If the client requests significant changes after the planning process has started, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the changes.
Odyssey Travel LTD does not sell or process payments for third-party services such as flights, hotels, tours, or transportation.Any bookings made directly by the client with third-party providers are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of those providers.Odyssey Travel LTD cannot issue refunds for services purchased from third-party providers.
Clients agree to contact Odyssey Travel LTD first to resolve any concerns regarding the service before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may be considered a violation of these terms.
